1977-1979 Attended Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, where he studied Architecture.

1979-1982 Attended The University of Western Ontario, where he studied Civil Engineering Science and Economics, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.

Professional Experience

1987 to date Established Brock Development Corporation, a General Contracting firm consisting of a group of skilled tradesmen and quality subtrades which executed numerous commercial, industrial and retail construction projects as detailed in the client references on this website.

1982 to 1987 As Project Manager for Erskine Building Corporation, he completed construction of the following multi-million dollar projects in the Toronto area:

1981 to 1982 (summer employment) As an assistant Construction Superintendent, he supervised the construction of Market Square Luxury Condominiums on the corner of Church & Front Streets.

1978 to 1981 (summer employment) As an assistant Construction Superintendent for Cadilac Fairview Corporation, he supervised the construction of a 22 storey residential highrise building at the corner of Bay Street & Charles, and a 32 storey residential building on the corner of Bay Street & St. Mary's.
